COVID-19 Policy

Please do not come to/cancel your appointment if you are feeling sick or ill. All clients are required to wear a mask during your appointment. We want to keep staff, and other guests in the salon safe and healthy.

cancellation policy

You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment. If you cancel after 24 hours your deposit is no longer transferable, unless you pay for service in full to then reschedule to a later date and time. After 24 hours the booking site won’t allow you to reschedule your appointment yourself. After a no call/no show you will have to pay 50% of your service to book again

deposit

There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service. If you aren't able to make your appointment the day you book your deposit is valid for one week to reschedule. Deposits are required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

late Arrival policy

There is a 10 minute grace period. Arrival after the grace period you will be charged a late fee of $15 to your remaining service balance. If you will be later than 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled. 

Payment Method

The remaining balance will be accepted via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, & Apple Pay. Cash is preferred.

A confirmation email and text will be sent immediately after you book your appointment that will tell you the time, date, and location of your appointment.
